Description: Warren Wasson was a Nevada pioneer, farmer, husband and father, inventor and enigma.  Born in Pennsylvania, he and his family were part of the westward migration to the new frontier, and he eventually settled in Genoa, and later, in Carson City.  He became an Indian agent, and was well-known for his integrity and compassion.  President Abraham Lincoln appointed him U.S. Marshal for the Nevada Territory in 1862.  He became a U.S.tax assessor, a delegate to two constitutional conventions, and a military advisor to three of  Nevada’s Governors. He mysteriously disappeared while on a journey. 145 pages.
